After facing years of inflammation, burnout, dismissal from the medical system, divorce, trauma, and loss she learned firsthand how powerful it is when a woman finally finds her VOICE. Sharon doesn’t coach from theory. She coaches from trenches, tears, hospital rooms, and rebuilding what was shattered.
Today, she supports women who feel overlooked, silenced, or “not enough,” guiding them as they shape their story into a message that lands with impact from the stage.

As Director of Publishing, Sara oversees the development of the WHEN Stories anthologies and legacy book projects, guiding speakers through the process of turning powerful moments into meaningful publications that preserve their stories for future generations.
